They own and operate their own coffee farm on Panama's Barú Volcano, growing Geisha and Caturra arabica, and control every step from planting and harvesting to export and roasting themselves, with no green coffee bought from outside vendors. The Caturra is a medium roast with chocolaty undertones and bright acidity, while the Geisha leans light and floral with honeyed sweetness.
