What the shop says
In the shop's own words, summarized by us.
Beans are available just off the roast at Del Ray Coffee Bar. They build long-term relationships with producers who share a commitment to ethical, sustainable practices, and hold public cuppings on the third Friday of the month. With more than a century of roasting experience, they've been cupping coffee for generations, long before third wave coffee.
