About this shop
What coffee lovers say
A summary of what people say about this shop.
The coffee here is consistently well-regarded, with the espresso and iced drinks like the cortado and latte called some of the best in the area: strong, smooth, and freshly roasted without tasting burnt. Not everyone agrees, though: the mocha has been described as improperly frothed and tasting like poor-quality hot chocolate.

In the shop's own words, summarized by us.
They operate Finca La Cabra, a super specialty experimental coffee farm on the southeastern slope of Volcan Baru in Panama with 20,000 geisha trees and research varieties, using traditional and experimental processing to bring out the best in every harvest. Head Roaster Eric Stone placed second at the United States Roasters Championship in 2024, and its team has held Q Grader licenses since 2014.
