All coffee is roasted to order. They work with a Young Coffee Alliance lot from Colombia, a development collaboration using extended fermentation to support learning and experimentation by young producers, with notes of lychee, raspberry, chocolate, and oolong tea. Seasonal blends include a Guatemala-and-Mexico 3210 Blend and a Rose Park Blend pairing Latin American and Ethiopian coffee.
