They've been roasting since 2013, buying from growers they return to season after season and roasting in small batches so coffee arrives close to its peak. The same beans go into every café, including a Maverick Espresso blend with cocoa, clove, and honeycomb notes, a Filter Blend with toasted almond and vanilla that holds its sweetness through a long service, and a Decaf Single Origin with caramel and chocolate notes.
