Coffees are roasted by Ceremony Coffee, a local roaster in nearby Annapolis, MD, with varietals chosen in collaboration with them. They're always learning and refining each coffee offered, pouring hand-poured cups of carefully chosen single origins, plus french press in the morning hours.
