They roast in small batches on an energy-efficient Loring roaster, which lets chaff escape easily for cleaner, more distinct regional flavors. Beans are organic, fair trade and specialty grade Arabica, including a direct trade Guatemala from APROCAFE in the Lake Atitlán region. The lineup spans light roasts like Ethiopia Yirgacheffe through dark roasts like Gunpowder Italian Roast, plus espresso, pour-over and drip.
