About this shop
What coffee lovers say
A summary of what people say about this shop.
The espresso and overall coffee get strong praise, with carefully sourced beans called out as the reason for the quality. The iced shaken espresso is a standout too. Not everyone agrees, though: the cold brew came across watery and weak despite being told it was strong, with an ice ratio that was off even after asking for less.
What the shop says
In the shop's own words, summarized by us.
They source beans directly from small-scale farmers in El Salvador and Guatemala, aiming for fair compensation and sustainable farming practices. Drinks include a Horchata Latte made with espresso and horchata-infused milk, hot or cold, plus a Premium Chemex Slow Pour single-origin brewed with precision. Founder Allan Gonzalez has family roots in both countries and worked in coffee before starting the cafe.
