What the shop says

In the shop's own words, summarized by us.

They source coffee directly from a cooperative in Union Cantinil, Huehuetenango, Guatemala, formed by the founder, with a direct trade relationship meant to ensure farmers get fair prices. The founder is an agronomist and son of a coffee farmer from that same region. They sell whole bean coffee for home brewing and offer wholesale orders of whole bean, ground, or cold brew.
