All coffee is roasted to order. They work with a Young Coffee Alliance development lot from Colombia, an extended-fermentation coffee supporting experimental processing for young producers, with notes of lychee, raspberry, chocolate, and oolong tea. Seasonal house blends like the 3210 Blend (Guatemala and Mexico) and Rose Park Blend (Guatemala and Ethiopia) round things out.
