They roast in-house on a zero emissions electric Bellwether machine, one of the most eco-friendly roasters around, and also partner with other local roasters for rotating seasonal options. Single origins have included a Chiapas, Mexico medium roast with macadamia nut and burnt sugar notes, alongside drip coffee and iced coffee.
