About this shop

What coffee lovers say

A summary of what people say about this shop.

People describe the coffee as fresh, flavorful and high-quality, with some calling it underrated and worth seeking out. The drip coffee gets singled out as exceptional, and specialty drinks like a black sesame latte and a sage syrup latte have drawn real enthusiasm. The light roast beans, with their floral, fruity notes and unusual fermentation, come up favorably too.

What the shop says

In the shop's own words, summarized by us.

They roast their coffee in-house in Austin in small weekly batches, sourcing from small-lot farmers and specific producers in Colombia, Ethiopia, and beyond. The Juan Tama Colombian turns sweet and chocolaty on espresso after degassing, while the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe comes out clean, fruity, and floral.
