They partner with Sightseer Coffee Roasters, a women-owned roaster in South Austin that sources its green coffee exclusively from women-led farms and cooperatives around the globe. Beyond coffee, they offer house-made pumpkin seed milk, and every shot on the bar is weighed to the tenth of a gram and timed to the second.
