All coffee beans are organic and fair trade, except for the Iced Bennu, and they're sourced from Texas Coffee Traders, a local artisanal coffee company. They offer personal French press service with rotating organic beans, plus cold brew made with organic South American beans brewed for more than 16 hours. Steve Williams curates the coffee program.
