They roast in-house on a zero-emissions electric Bellwether machine, one of the more eco-friendly roasting setups around, and also bring in rotating seasonal options from other local roasters. Beans are sold retail and poured as drip, pour-over, and cold brew, with single origins like an anaerobic Yirgacheffe and a Burundi dark roast nicknamed Commander Charlie.
