They hand-roast every batch on a 12kg Probat roaster, reworking blends as different growing regions come into season to keep quality and consistency steady year-round. Green beans are carefully sourced and sampled from farmers using ecological and socially sustainable practices, with fair prices, decent wages and employment rights for growers. They also run a Barista Course and an Intro to Coffee Roasting Course.
