They offer two specially roasted blends: TERRA, a City Roast with Brazil, Indonesia, Guatemala and Colombia beans giving a stronger taste with caramel, rich chocolate and a robust finish, and BLEND, a gentler medium roast of Brazil, Congo and Ethiopia Arabica meant to pair with milk. Beans are also sold retail in the cafe.
