They use a patented system called Javabot to roast single-origin coffee in small batches right in the café, grinding and preparing each cup to order within 60 seconds. FlashChiller turns any just-roasted bean into full-strength, undiluted iced coffee. Roast Master Genevieve Kapler, with experience spanning agronomy to quality control, develops every roast and drink profile.
