They roast in-house in Washington, DC, sourcing washed coffees from cooperatives like ASOPEP in Tolima, Colombia and ACODIHUE in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, plus natural-process lots from farms in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Roasts range from lighter profiles with notes like peach and honey to darker ones with cocoa and brown sugar, and they also offer ZZZCAF, a Swiss Water Process decaf with notes of honey and milk chocolate.
