They roast four days a week at their Long Island City facility and carry limited edition single origin coffees chosen for unique, exotic flavor profiles. Their cold brew is hand-prepared in small batches with a 12 hour steep, coming out smooth, chocolatey and slightly addictive. Gregory Zamfotis founded the company in 2006, starting as head barista, GM and dishwasher at his first location near Madison Square Park.
