What the shop says
In the shop's own words, summarized by us.
All coffee is roasted to order, in Georgetown, Washington, DC. They work with a development lot called Young Coffee Alliance, sourced from Andes, Sonson & Armenia, Colombia, supporting experimental processing and young producers, with flavors of lychee, raspberry, chocolate, and oolong tea. Seasonal house blends include the 3210 (Guatemala, Mexico), with stone fruit, caramel, and chocolate notes, and Rose Park, pairing chocolatey Latin American coffee with tea-like heirloom Ethiopian coffee.
