What the shop says
In the shop's own words, summarized by us.
They roast on an all-electric Air Motion Roaster, a cleaner alternative to traditional propane or gas-fired barrel roasters that also means fewer moving parts, less noise and less chaff in the finished beans. They source single-origin beans from growers around the world, and host cupping events where visitors can taste a range of roasts.
