They work directly with producers rather than through anonymous trading, paying fair prices and keeping the coffee traceable back to the hands that picked it, through their partner Open Seas Coffee Roasters. The house espresso blend, Halcyon, is a dark roast, while drip and cold brew run on the medium-roast Neptune's Folly; a decaf Colombia is also offered alongside espresso drinks and seasonal specialty drinks.
