They take a holistic approach to sourcing, caring more about how the coffee tastes than about certifications on the bag, and visit origin to see farm and community conditions firsthand. Sourcing is sustainable, ethical, and fairly traded, working with reputable importers and sometimes directly with farmers; some coffees are Certified Organic, others simply haven't pursued it. The Cardinal Blend offers milk chocolate and nutty caramel notes.
