Cardinal Blend has been their classic since day one, smooth and balanced with milk chocolate and nutty caramel notes. They visit origin to see farm and community conditions firsthand, sourcing coffee that's sustainably grown, ethically harvested and fairly traded, and peak-roast a range of named blends from the bright Breakfast Blend to the dark, smoky Azimuth Blend.
