Coffee sourcing prioritizes seasonality, sustainability, and social responsibility, with a rotating roster of fine roasters including Parlor Coffee Roasters. The menu is a hyper-seasonal take on coffee shop classics with a few twists, led by Coffee Director Kenia Euceda Canales.
