Their shade-grown coffees are certified organic, roasted to order each week on a Loring SmartRoaster that burns much less gas and smoke than a traditional roaster. Expect light-to-medium roasts, sourced with an emphasis on sustainability, sold as single-origins and blends by the bag or through window service.
