What the shop says
In the shop's own words, summarized by us.
This is a mobile coffee truck, not a storefront. The owner works directly with Costa Rican producers and microbeneficio operators using anaerobic fermentation, and the menu includes a custom "Just For Me" drink and a signature Café Pingado made with steamed milk and orange liqueur.
