They source from women-owned, shade-grown farms and small growers they've stuck with long-term, including a 30-year relationship in Peru. Beans are hand-sorted three times, cupped on-site for flavor and mouthfeel, then air-roasted on a Sivetz fluid bed roaster monitored to the degree for a consistent, tar-free roast.
