This is a robotic kiosk, not a staffed café: an AI-run machine pulls espresso at 2.5-4 bar and handles flavoring, ice and lidding itself. Beans come from local Denver suppliers, and drinks (coffee, tea, milk-based stuff) come out in about 60 seconds.
