Beans are hand-roasted in small batches at their Colorado facility, where the altitude allows slower roasting at lower temperatures for a smooth finish without bitterness. Roasters skip the computers and graphs, judging by sight, smell and sound, and they serve the results as drip coffee, espresso drinks and their B&W, hot or cold.
