They've been roasting at the entrance to the Bitterroot Valley just outside Missoula for over a decade, using an Italian STA Impianti roaster and Master Roasters who roast specialty coffee daily. Subscriptions are available with delivery every two weeks, monthly, or every other month, and those orders are roasted and packaged fresh.
