They build long-term direct relationships with smallholder farms and co-ops, paying well above Fair Trade prices, and tend to carry the same farms' coffees year after year rather than chasing novelty. Roasted in-house in Denver, the lineup runs from a workhorse house espresso to more adventurous options for experienced drinkers.
