They build long-term relationships with smallholder farms and co-ops, paying well above Fair Trade price, and stick with the same farms year after year rather than chasing new lots. Coffee is roasted in-house in Denver, ranging from a workhorse house espresso to more adventurous options for experienced drinkers.
