A CU Boulder campus café in the Koelbel building, open since fall 2021, serving coffee and espresso made with Subjective Coffee beans, and teas from the Dushanbe Teahouse. It's the only Violet Peak café with smoothies, and it serves warm breakfast sandwiches.
