They source their coffee direct trade from a Seattle importer that works directly with small growing communities, focused on fair treatment of farmers and the environment. Everything is roasted fresh to order, mostly to light or medium roast levels to bring out each region's character, with a rotating selection of seasonal blends and single origins.
