They source award-winning and microlot coffees, like a washed Caturra that won the CODECH competition, through direct farmer relationships that aim for consistent quality and harvest practices. Expect a rotating selection of single origins alongside house blends, roasted in small batches with roast profiles tailored to highlight each region's character. They also freeze-dry their own hand-roasted coffee into instant coffee.
