They've roasted coffee in small batches since 1985, and say they're the oldest coffee shop in Austin to roast and serve its own coffee. They serve Cold Cycle cold brew with a rotating selection of single origins, and say they were the first in Austin to serve Cold Cycle brewed coffee. Charles Emile Lauriat has been roasting for them for almost fifteen years.
