They make an exclusive handcrafted ginger ale in-house, plus limited-time seasonal drinks like the Great Pumpkin Latte, Pumpkin Chai Latte, Monster Matcha, Spiced Caramel Apple, and Pumpkin Pie Dreamy. Founders Wei and Lisa Bee started the first location in 1993 in downtown Ann Arbor near the University of Michigan.
