They roast to order and work directly with producer Silvia Nishikawa, sourcing an anaerobic natural from São Gotardo in Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region, grown at 1,000 meters and made from the Arara variety. It's roasted for notes of chamomile tea, jasmine florals, and cream.
