Their Coyote Coffee blend mixes Central and South American beans for sweet caramel and chocolate notes with a creamy mouthfeel, while the Bluegrass Blend, a medium roast of Colombian, Brazilian, and Ethiopian coffees, runs on the espresso bar. They also serve cocktails.
