They roast every coffee the same way regardless of brewing method, developing each one's own aroma based on terroir, variety and processing rather than chasing a filter or espresso profile. Espresso shots are pulled "double naked", without a portafilter basket. They've visited producers directly, including a trip to a farm in Brazil and to washing stations, dry mills and cuppings in Rwanda.
