Coffee is locally roasted by Stooker in Amsterdam, which they say keeps it fresh. The chai is a homemade syrup from By Trinitea, made so the fresh ingredients really come through. The menu runs from ristretto, cortado and flat white to a hazelnut or caramel latte, alongside teas like white jasmine pearls, dirty chai and matcha latte.
