Their coffee comes from Amsterdam-based micro roaster Olaf Tromp of Spot On Coffee Roasters, sourced through 100% direct trade specialty coffee. Hot chocolate is supplied by Amsterdam chocolate maker Malou van Macao Movement, handmade bean-to-bar. Baristas are trained at the First Coffee Academy, an SCA-authorised programme offering Barista Skills certification, or carefully selected from an extensive network.
