They've bought the same Colombian coffee from the same farmer for nine consecutive harvests, working directly with growers and paying prices tied to quality. Coffee is roasted in-house in Amsterdam, with washed and natural offerings and a sugar cane E.A. decaf, and baristas compete in their own CC Barista Cup and national championships.
