In the shop's own words, summarized by us.
They've roasted and blended their own coffee in-house since 1990, when Joop van der Kruis started out roasting from his shed in Naarden. That same house blend, created by Joop, has been served here since 1996. They also run barista training workshops for customers wanting to learn to make coffee themselves, and serve a Ristretto described as intense, concentrated and strong.
